Pending full integration of the Verastar databases into the IAA system, buyers in good standing with IAA may register with Verastar at no charge.  Verastar buyers who wish to register with IAA should call IAA buyer services at 877-YES-IBID.  Verastar buyers in good standing will have their IAA registration fee waived for the first year.

Any person or company in the
automotive business, with a valid
automobile dealer license or salvage
license,  may register to buy at Verastar®.
For all buyers inside the U.S.,
an automotive related sales tax number
is required, unless the buyer’s home
state does not impose sales or use tax.
You may register at any of our offices.
The registration is valid at all Verastar®
locations.
**Dealers in boats, construction equipment or farm equipment may register with a copy of their business
license in lieu of a dealer license or salvage license.  Purchases by these dealers are limited to the type
of equipment designated in their sales tax commodity code.  Dealers in motorcycles must have the
appropriate license required by their home state.
